About us

We turn data into useful information

We have extensive experience in recycling, waste management and waste treatment, combining knowledge, technology and innovation to offer solutions adapted to the needs of each municipality and organisation.

We work to improve the quality of life in cities and to make the management of public services more efficient. To do so, we develop and implement technological tools that enable faster, more accurate and more efficient decision-making.

We believe in a future in which technology is a fundamental tool for building cities that are smarter, more sustainable, more efficient and committed to the environment.

From the container to the decision

A continuous cycle: every collection provides data that improves the next one.

  1. 01 Identification

Containers with RFID and sensors record every use and raise an alert when they need emptying.

  2. 02 Real-time data

The platform brings together information on containers, vehicles and collection operations.

  3. 03 Artificial intelligence

Data analysis and predictive models identify patterns and anticipate needs.

  4. 04 Action

Routes planned around real need, and residents kept informed through the app.

Our goal

  • Optimise processes
  • Improve operational efficiency
  • Reduce costs
  • Anticipate future needs

Innovation and development

At the technological forefront

Our commitment to innovation keeps us constantly at the technological forefront. We invest in research, development and new digital solutions, continually seeking to improve our systems and services.

Our vision is clear: to use technology to transform the way cities manage their resources, improving efficiency, promoting recycling and moving towards a circular economy model.

We work with universities, technology centres and research institutes to develop new methodologies, technologies and tools applied to urban management and, in particular, to smart waste management.

What we do · Services for municipalities

Smart waste management

Smart waste management is a fundamental component in developing municipalities that are more efficient, more sustainable and ready for the future.

ExperienceMilan, Italy

We have experience implementing and developing waste management solutions in Milan, Italy, where we have worked with technologies designed to improve the processes of collection, control, traceability and waste management.

Our approach combines technology, information and operational experience to help municipalities turn the traditional waste management model into a system that is more efficient, more sustainable and measurable.

  • 01

    Monitoring and optimising collection

We implement technological systems that show, in real time, the status and level of use of the containers, enabling more efficient planning of collection services.

Through sensors, identification systems and digital platforms, it is possible to obtain information about the containers and to generate alerts when they need emptying.

  • 02

    Traceability and control

Smart management makes it possible to incorporate identification and traceability systems that make it easier to follow containers, vehicles and collection operations.

Traceability: the same waste, identified at the container, in the collection truck and at the treatment plant. Identification Collection Treatment container vehicle plant

    Sustainability and the circular economy

Technology applied to waste management not only improves the efficiency of the service, but also helps to build a more sustainable urban model.

Optimised collection and the correct separation of waste encourage recycling, reuse and the recovery of materials, progressively reducing the amount of waste sent to landfill.

Our goal is to help municipalities move towards a circular economy model, in which waste is regarded as a resource and technology makes it possible to keep improving environmental results.

Artificial intelligence (AI)

Intelligent algorithms and data analysis

We use advanced data-analysis algorithms and artificial intelligence to turn the information gathered during collection operations into knowledge that is useful for management.

Through technologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning and predictive analytics, our systems identify patterns, analyse behaviour and generate predictions that help to improve planning and decision-making.

App and platform

Smart collection services and digital waste management

Our smart waste collection platform transforms urban management through a 100% digital ecosystem, designed to connect everyone in the municipality.

Through our waste management app and platform, we bring together artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, geolocation, smart sensors, digital identification and real-time data analysis to optimise every stage of the collection, transport and management of waste.

App for residents

Residents, an active part of the system

The app makes residents an active part of the system: everyone receives information about their municipality's collection services and finds the nearest recycling points.

The platform also makes it possible to run participation and environmental education programmes that encourage residents to work together in separating waste correctly at source.

Turning waste plastics and tyres into resources

Plastic waste and end-of-life tyres are among the biggest challenges for sustainable waste management worldwide.

300–700 °C

Pyrolysis is a thermochemical process in which these materials are subjected to high temperatures, usually between 300 and 700 °C, in the absence of oxygen or with very little of it. During the process, the long polymer chains break down and are transformed into different valuable products.

Diagram of a pyrolysis plant Plastics and tyres enter the reactor on a conveyor belt, and the reactor heats them to between 300 and 700 degrees without oxygen. The vapours are condensed into pyrolysis oil; the process gas returns to the burners that heat the reactor; the carbon black and the steel leave from underneath. Conventional recycling methods have significant limitations with certain contaminated, mixed or multilayer plastics, while the recovery of tyres is particularly complex because of the structure of vulcanised rubber.

Depending on the technology used and the composition of the waste treated, the process can mainly produce:

  1. Pyrolysis oil

It can be recovered as a raw material or as a fuel, depending on its composition and subsequent treatment.

  2. Process gas

It can be used to supply energy to the system itself.

  3. Recovered carbon black (rCB)

Especially when treating tyres, with potential for a range of industrial applications.

  4. Recovered steel

From the metal structure of the tyres.

  5. Other recoverable by-products

Their composition depends on the raw material and the operating conditions.

In this way, pyrolysis turns certain hard-to-recycle waste into usable resources, keeping it out of landfill and contributing to the principles of the circular economy.

Social commitment

Employment, training and inclusion

We work with our own labour cooperatives to develop and run the separate sorting of waste at sorting and recycling plants. In this way we help to create hundreds of jobs, particularly for people with little or no previous work experience.

At the same time, the system contributes to the principles of the circular economy, since waste is recovered, sorted and returned to production processes as new raw materials, reducing the volume sent to landfill and making better use of resources.

  • Labour cooperatives

Separate sorting at sorting and recycling plants, developed and run by our cooperatives.

  • Specialised training

Workers are trained in the separation, sorting, recovery and management of recyclable materials, and gain new professional skills that help them enter and stay in the labour market.

  • Job placement

A genuine job placement and vocational training programme, which creates employment opportunities and promotes social inclusion.
